If you are involved in an accident that leads to disability and/or expense, personal accident insurance provides financial compensation and security. It could provide a one-off payment, or it could cover your treatment expenses. We also offer favourable personal accident insurance that covers you not just when you are at work but also in your free time.

Many municipal and county authorities in Norway have chosen to take out collective accident insurance with Protector. This insurance primarily covers children and young people, but it also applies to other groups, such as employees of municipal and county authorities. Each authority can choose the scope of this accident insurance.

Long-term illness may mean that you cannot work as you would normally do, and this can present financial challenges for you and your family. Our critical illness insurance complements the compensation you receive from NAV (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) and any collective insurance. This limits the resultant fall in your income.

Group life insurance is perhaps the most important insurance you can offer your employees. Group life insurance from Protector means that, if the insured dies during the period of cover, a lump sum would be paid out to their family or to another specified beneficiary.
