With a referral from a general practitioner (GP), the claim can be filed digitally. Once the injury is reported, the employee will be contacted shortly to clarify their needs. Falck will then assist in finding the right type of treatment/practitioner and manage the overall coordination between the involved healthcare bodies, ensuring the employee is well taken care of.
